Repair service

For discontinued and current assemblies from various manufacturers. We offer a fast, competent and inexpensive repair service on a wide range of control units, OPs, TPs, monitors, drives, CNCs, power supplies, etc.

Spare part service

For discontinued and current assemblies from various manufacturers. We have a large selection of new and refurbished modules, programming devices and operator panels. We also carry a wide range of products that are no longer supplied or supported by the manufacturer.

Replacement service

In the event of a defective device or assembly, we offer you a replacement service, which in most cases is faster and more cost-effective than a repair.

We send you the replacement unit, you install it and then return your defective unit within 7 days. If our inspection shows that your unit is irreparable, we will subsequently charge you the difference to the replacement part price. Otherwise the exchange is done.

Of course, our exchange units are also extensively tested and come with a guarantee.
